Buffalo Chicken Salad

1 head green leaf or romaine lettuce, washed and cut
1 chicken breast, grilled and diced (breaded chicken is also yummy)
1/4 cup Franks Red Hot Wings Buffalo Sauce
1 carrot, shredded
1 avocado, diced (optional)
1/8 cup feta or blue cheese (optional)
Ranch Dressing

Mix chicken with buffalo sauce (use less sauce for a mild flavor).  Chicken can be warm or cold.  Toss all ingredients and serve with ranch dressing.
